Saganom chocolates are made by our exclusive supplier based in Switzerland. They are made with the best products, chosen with great care and love for excellence and following original recipe since 1845.

Ingredients consists in Sugar, cocoa butter, cream, milk powder, cocoa paste, soy lecithin, extract of barley malt, natural preservative (E200) and vanillin.

Saganom chocolates are made to order from our supplier in Switzerland. By the time you receive your Saganom chocolates, assuming no unforeseen circumstances, the chocolates should not be older than 5 - 7 days.

Saganom chocolates are extremely sensitive to temperature and their preservation is limited in time. For the most enjoyable experience, we recommend to eat them within 3 weeks of receipt.

Saganom chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place ideally between the temperatures of 60- 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Avoid putting the chocolates in the refrigerator or freezer. Water is chocolate's arch nemesis so humidity or condensation will cause it to bloom (gray streaks, crystallization).

Because our supplier uses equipment that processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, and soy (including Soy lecithin) there may be some traces of those allergen in Saganom Chocolates.

When exposed to heat, small crystals of cocoa butter may appear on the chocolate’s surface, lightening its color noticeably despite not affecting the product’s quality.

Saganom products are made to order to ensure freshness therefore we cannot provide same day delivery.

We currently only serve the United States.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We only replace items and do not provide refunds nor accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your Saganom order, please contact us at help@saganom.com within 10 days after receiving your purchase.
